Enabling the VLEO. The future of
space.

WHAT ARE WE DOING?

Kreios Space is developing an electric propulsion system for satellites. This technology is called ABEP (Air-Breathing Electric Propulsion) and it allows satellites to orbit closer to Earth without fuel usage.

About us.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The ABEP system absorbs the surrounding air and generates plasma from it. This plasma is accelerated through an IPT thruster and an electromagnetic nozzle to obtain a high specific impulse thrust.

Take advantage of our benefits.
VLEO accessibility

Our technology enables satellites to orbit in Very Low Earth Orbits (VLEO). Being closer to Earth means a x16 resolution increase for Earth observation and telecommunications satellites.

No fuel usage

ABEP system doesn't work with fuel. Just air and solar power is needed. It is a completely renewable and eco-friendly energy that produces thrust continuously. The orbit can be kept longer with less costs.

Avoid space debris

Operating with ABEP doesn't produce space debris. In addition, it helps to avoid the already existent junk in higher orbits since VLEO are unexploited orbits. Making your missions easier is now possible.
